A special meeting of the Town of Spring Prairie Board was called to order by Chairman Don Henningfeld at 7:05 p.m. Supervisors Tom Bolfert and Don Trimberger, and Clerk-Treasurer Debbie Collins were present along with one resident.
Insulation for old building: A motion was made by Trimberger, seconded by Bolfert to approve a verbal quote by Dutch Builders of $1,300 to place rolled insulation batts above the suspended ceiling in the old portion of the building. The price also includes repairs to the tile in front of the door in the entry and weather stripping the door in the rear of the building. The motion was approved after a discussion as to the thickness of the insulation and the R-value.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:29 p.m. on a motion by Bolfert, seconded by Trimberger. Motion carried.
